No personal information will be posted on this site, other than personal E-mail addresses. If you need a telephone number, address, or any other pertinent information on a member of this chapter, you must submit a request through E-mail account. Submissions must be made to the Webmaster. The Webmaster will then verify that the requisite is a active chapter member, and that the personal information is permitted to be distributed. Only then will the information be forwarded, via Cascade Horse Club E-mail.

A member who does not want their personal information distributed must submit, in writing, a NO Distribute Notice to the Webmaster. Submissions must be sent via e-mail, to the Webmaster on their personal Cascade Horse Club E-mail account.
